Terms of Service

How it works, rules and regulations, and all terms of service for members.

Wine recommendations & purchases


  • Each month, we'll send out one "Pourfect Picks"🍾 email newsletter with 2-5 wine recommendations. Any and all of these wines will be available for "click-to-buy" online purchase with any major credit card right from the email or via our members-only web portal here:

  • Depending on your level of membership, either the "Enthusiast" or "Aficionado" tier, you'll automatically see the appropriate discount applied at online checkout.
  • Once we get your order, we'll bag up your wine and contact you to let you know when you can swing by Amélie to pick up your wine order. Someone 21 or over must pickup your order and a valid driver's license or approved government-issued ID is required per Alabama law.
  • A few rules:
  • Once ordered, wine cannot be returned. All sales are final. Just like most everything else in life, taste is subjective. What's delicious to one buyer, may not be tasty for another. We'll provide you with all the info you need to make an informed decision when buying, but we cannot take returns of specially ordered wines.
  • Wine ordered but not picked up will be held for 45 days, then returned to stock for sale in the store or online. No refunds will be processed.
  • Returns will not be accepted. These wines are special ordered, so fees and cost apply to us when we buy based on a customer's purchase.
  • Online purchases must be made by the registered wine club member and discounts/wine promos cannot be shared.
  • We do not do deliveries; all wine is made available for easy pickup at the bar and the ABC does not allow us to deliver alcohol.


In store discounts & rewards


  • Based on your level of membership, you're entitled to in-store discounts and promos when you dine.
  • It's up to you to request your discount when dining in. We can't go back and refund discounts after a check has closed.
  • When you register, you'll get a member ID and an emailed digital card you can download and keep on your phone. Just present the card or your member ID to receive in-store discounts and club specials.
  • A few rules:
  • Only the registered club member receives any applicable discounts. In other words, the discounts apply to their check items. By way of example, If "Mrs. Jane Winelover" comes in with her husband who is NOT a club member, her food discount applies only to her meal choices and not her husband's.
  • Additionally, meal or in-store discounts cannot be split across entrees (i.e., two people order one charcuterie can pay separately for the board and expect the % discount for both; the discount only applies to the member's portion if paid for separately).
  • A member ID number or digital club card showing the member number must be presented before paying your bill to receive applicable discounts.
  • Your info will be entered into our Point-of-Sale system for tracking your redemptions and purchases.


Other terms & conditions


  • Submit your wine club referrals via this form here: https://ameliewine.bar/wine-club-referrals
  • Memberships cannot be shared; one paying member is entitled to one paying member's benefits and no more. No one other than the member is entitled to a member's benefits.
  • We offer a "family" discount when signing up for more than 1 plan per household/immediate family of 15%. Email us for the coupon code at info@ameliewine.bar if interested.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or special, such as Veteran's discounts, Happy Hour, etc. (i.e., no "stacked" discounts)
  • For referrals, you can claim as many as you wish based on the number of referrals who register and pay for an Amélie Sip & Savor Wine Club membership.
  • Your membership can be canceled by you at any time from our billing portal, https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/cN29Ecatya0F2uA7ss
  • No prorations are provided for canceled memberships but you will not be charged on your next billing date.
  • We do not accept cash as payment for wines or wine club membership.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any wine club membership for abuse of the plan or dishonesty (i.e., attempts to "cheat the system.")
  • We reserve the right to cancel the Sip & Savor Wine Club at our discretion should it become a financial burden on the company or for other existential challenges to the company itself (e.g. closure, suspension of operations, etc.)
  • Sales of memberships are final; Refunds of membership fees are not provided.

  • $2 off all glass wines open to close (except house)
  • 25% off house red, white, or rosé Pichets (17oz)
  • 10% off all in-store, online and togo retail bottle purchases
  • 10% off all in store food entrees
  • Exclusive wine tasting invites (RSVP before public announcements)
  • “Refer a friend:” Each one who signs up, you get a bottle of house red, white, or rose for $1 a bottle


Aficionado Membership

  • Monthly, members-only curated tasting list of featured wines ("Pourfect Picks" wine club email) and tasting wines for purchase at 40% off in-store price 💸 (via member portal)
  • $3 off all by-the-glass wines (expect house)
  • 50% off house red, white, or rosé Pichets (17oz)
  • 25% off all in-store, online and togo retail bottle purchases
  • 50% off 1X retail or togo bottle each month (min $60/bottle)
  • 15% off all in-store food entrees
  • Free creme brûlée 1X a month (in store only)
  • Exclusive wine tasting invites (RSVP before public announcements)
  • “Refer a friend:” Each one who signs up, you get a bottle of house red, white, or rose for $1 a bottle
